Uninstalling The Sims 3: Into the Future[Mac]

So, I have installed many expansion packs with my Sims 3 game (I use disks), and lately, I have a recurring problem- I can never open my game. It gets past the opening titles and loading page, and more often than not, I meet a pop up that says "Disk unrecognized." I researched this a bit, and it may be because my expansion packs are "not compatible." Personally, I cannot understand why a game designer wouldn't check if the extensions of a game could all run together, but that isn't the point. I would like to know how I can uninstall an expansion pack from my macbook, specifically "Into the Future", if that helps. I think that logically, it would be best to uninstall the newest expansion (I also have University, Seasons, Pets, Supernatural, Island Life, and the Diesel Stuff pack), but feel free to correct me on that front too. However, I have researched this prior to my questioning here. I watched EA's video on the topic, and have been met with two more problems- I cannot find a page with my installed games on origin, nor do I have an installed application call "The Sims 3 Uninstaller", nor can I find where to install the Uninstaller. Boy, it is confusing. 🤨 Any answers would be most helpful.
