After alot of googling and researching website resources I've resolved my problem.
I attribute what happen to using the in game camera at high settings during a live performance and then my game became choppy. From there I tried another big show performance but the game was so laggy I thought I had saved and quit once she was not doing the concert anymore. I think that's what caused my glitch because the game never got out of "big show venue" mode though I thought it had.
Thankfully, I discovered "save back ups" in the save folder. I could have resolved this problem HOURS ago. LOL I wish I knew about them, or that they were listed somewhere in a thread as a solution to bad problems that can be reservesed if you could go back to before you saved.
Problem solved. My game is running 100% again as it was. I realized the video taping was what was different round 2. Sorry to clog up this thread guys, I shouldn't have now that I think about it I was a sad mess. LOL
