I saw that University Life is available on AMazon.com and was wondering if the Paty pack is also included with that even though they mention a particular lounge?

The party pack is included in any Limited Edition of The Sims 3 University Life. Amazon is selling the Limited Edition one, so yes it's included. But thru origin you also would get the scooter, paint and top of the class pack, Instead mazons preorder offers the Lounge Set
