Unsuccessful code redemption

I have purchased the Sims supernatural - order confirmation number: #16818681023.

I tried to download it but it said the code has already been redeemed, And I definitely haven't used it as I had to wait until Christmas.

Could you please help me.

  • Have  you checked if the download is available in the Origin client to download already ?

    If it's not there, log out and back in and restart Origin

    If it still doesn't show up, contact Customer Support

    They can be found here: https://help.ea.com/contact-us

    Choose a category, a game and a platform for the option so show up.

    If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.

    Hi i've tried to contact the company, but have had no reply, is there anyway of getting a refund or getting a new code. There have been several complaints about the sims supernatural and for this to happen is really annoying as this was supposed to be a christmas present.
