UPDATE 9-2-20 Has your Sims 3 game been affected by the recent pixilation issues?

I wasn't aware there was a pixilation issue in the game. It has to do with a Windows 10 update, I guess? I'm still playing on my Windows 7 OS. I'm seeing if I can wait until I can either upgrade my computer parts or just get a new comp with 10 on it before I put Windows 10 on here.
