updated sims 3, and now can't play offline. sims not digital it disk.

I have sims 3 been working fine and updating automatically.  I logged into origin and suddenly had an update, it updated, rebooted, removed the auto update tab in game launch and now can't play offline, it wants to log in to origin. 

The sims 3 is disk loaded and not origin/ea digital upload.

I want to be able to play offline and not have to log into origin.

    You can still play offline by putting Origin in offline mode but you can't play without logging into Origin.

    If you don't want that, you will need to reinstall the game from your disc and use the manual patch to patch to 1.67. Turn off automatic updates so it doesn't update to 1.69.
