I'm sorry to hear you're having troubles with your case, that's definitely frustrating! I'd love to take a look into this with you and hopefully get any issues resolved- would you mind specifying for me what it is exactly that you're having problems with?

    I haven't been able to get my refund for the expansion pack I bought but was unable to play. I've been asking for two weeks now and every time I try a new case or to follow up on one, nothing comes of it. I get a response and then I'm ignored.
