Validation Error in The Sims 3 Refresh
Hi!
My name is Ingrid and I'm from Brazil, is a pleasure to meet them.
Today I got the newest version of the base game, The Sims 3 Refresh. I created the account with Origin, as called for in the beginning and everything went well. My game was purchased in the original disc, and not bought online.
Turns out, when I go to validate it in the Brazilian community online, says my code is invalid. Why does this happen?
I can't register me until now and I have a valid code, if not I would not have accomplished my registering in Origin. Please, I really need help.

Have you tried logging in on thesims3.com with the same account data you made for the Origin account ? Origin and thesims3.com are connected so maybe it automatically created the account for you and also registered (I really don't know how it works, EA seems to change it around).
If that is not the case, you will need to contact Customer Support.

Choose a category, a game and a platform for the option so show up.
If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
