I am French and I haveThe Sims 3, World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, Genrations, Pets, Showtime, Seasons, University Life, Island Paradise and Diesel Stuff. Since August, I have a problem with my sims. I play and suddenly the screen goes black and a message appears: "The Sims has stopped working". So I run the crash log and analyze the software tells me "Warning: Graphic Device Not Found In Database: 0x9712 "ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4200". I do not understand this message because I always play the sims with the same computer and the game worked fine. Moreover, my graphics card is up to date.
