Water Glitch: Black Pixels on Ocean

Hello! I recently redownloaded TS3 and am having a water glitch in all worlds. This only affects the ocean and large ponds, pools and small ponds are fine. Attatched is an image:

@spicyquichee__  There are a few minor graphics glitches associated with AMD graphics cards.  A few players have reported that running the "Sims 3 GPU Add-on Support" tool at NexusMods has helped, so it's worth trying.  My understanding is that this tool makes changes beyond simply allowing the game to recognize newer cards; perhaps one of those changes will help here too.  I can't link the download itself, but google should know what you're looking for.

Before running the tool, make backup copies of graphicscards.sgr and graphicsrules.sgr in case you need them later, for example if you don't like the effects of the tool.  The files are located here by default in an Origin install:

    Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4\Game\Bin

After running the tool, move options.ini out of Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3 and onto your desktop so that the game is forced to spawn a new one.  This will reset all your in-game options, including graphics.  Don't change anything at all other than the resolution until you've checked how the water looks in a new save.

Hello! I am playing in Starlight Shores and I currently have the water on the highest setting. I have checked other worlds and they have the same glitch. The dxdiag is attatched. Thank you for the fast reply!
