"We seem to be experiencing some technical difficulties." Error

I can't log in to Sims3 website for a long time. (like 4-5 months) Please help. When i tried to log in it says; "Be Right Back! We seem to be experiencing some technical difficulties." What i need to do?

    There's something wrong with your account

    You need to contact Customer Support.

    You have the option to contact them by mail, phone or Live Chat. For Live Chat, make sure to choose US as your country.

    It normally happens due to account hack or you can say that when someone make some changes in your account, then you start facing such difficulties. if you are able to login in origin site, then login in origin profile and mention your correct country name including language and security question, then try to login in sims 3 site. It worked for me always.
