What computer is good for Playing The Sims 3

So nothing I did helped to stop the crushes so I'm thinking about buying a new computer. I searched the internent and I'm thinking about buying Dell XPS All in One 2720 Touch or a 27-inch iMac.
I don't know if they are even good for playing The Sims 3. I will post here the tech specs of both computers:

Dell:

Processor-
4th Generation Intel® Core™ i5-4440s processor (6M Cache, up to 3.3 GHz)
Operating System-
Windows 8.1 (64Bit) English
Support-
1 Year Enhanced Support
Office Productivity Software
Microsoft® Office Trial
Security Software-
McAfee LiveSafe 12 Month Subscription
Memory-
8GB Dual Channel DDR3 1600MHz (4GBx2)
Hard Drive-
1TB 7200 rpm SATA 6Gb/s Hard Drive
Video Card-
Intel HD Graphics without TPM

iMac:

3.5GHz Quad-core Intel Core i7, Turbo Boost up to 3.9GHz
8GB 1600MHz DDR3 SDRAM - 2X4GB
1TB Serial ATA Drive @ 7200 rpm
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 775M 2GB GDDR5 or NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780M 4GB GDDR5 [Add $150.00]

They both are pretty expensive and I don't need the BEST computer I just need it to work good and smoothly with The Sims because I'm sick of my game being so slow and I can't even play it. It crushes every 5-10 minutes.
