What happened to signatures?

I am not seeing signatures any more and it seems signatures has been disabled. I thought mine was working but now it seems no one has signatures. Anyone know what's going on?

    My bad - it was the sims 4 forum and sigs are working.

    At the moment, the heroes and the CM have signatures, everyone else can't have them.
