What is a PC Box?
Is a 'PC Box' the physical copy of the game (disc and case) ?

It's non-standard terminology TTBOMK.
A desktop computer's enclosure is occasionally referenced as being a "box", although not a PC Box, and the word CASE is a much better choice overall.
With regard to MEDIA, the correct term is simply "disk" or "disc" for Europeans, although the alternate "hard copy" also has some currency.
So if I pre-order the PC box version of a game instead of the download, that means that I get the physical copy of the game when it's released?
