  • I have the issue where a chat agent named Paras went to cancel my membership (per my request) when all of a sudden he disconnects. Another agent, Shivam Garg, connects and makes me go through the whole gambit again. He then says they're having technical issues and he can't pull up my account. This is EXACTLY the issue others have had. It's a scam to get you to give up on cancelling. You're better off cancelling your credit card then cancelling Origin Access Premier.

    Sorry for the delay @TheKapitalistTV, looking over the account it does look like the advisors you spoke with were unable to modify any details on your account at the time you contacted. I've sent the case up for review to see what exactly happened with the first advisor you spoke with as I don't have access to all the details on my end and they aren't even showing up as having been on the case itself.

    I'm showing that the subscription is cancelled at this time though, please reach out if you have any other questions.

  • I really would like to find out what is Orgin's customers service email because I have a lot of important questions to ask and I need to contact them as soon as possible.

  • I don't know when this was posted, but there is no way to contact Origin. Not even through the support as you mentioned. You can't even do a live chat, can''t submit a ticket. This has been the latest since COVID-19. I am so sick of Origin using COVID-19 as an excuse to ignore paying customers. I can't even play the Sims 4. Having all sorts of problems. On top of that, I can't even log-in to origin online. It keeps giving me an error that login in unavailable. So basically, you are screwed because you cannot email support, contact support or submit a ticket.

    Hi @Jacquard57,

    This sounds like a separate issue you're experiencing and it'd be best to open a new thread specifically for your issue. could you create a new thread and add a bit more please? What are you seeing when you go to create a Help Ticket? Can you include a screenshot? Have you tried troubleshooting steps?

    I'll lock this thread here in the meantime to limit necroposting.
