What type of computer would I need inorder to run most if not all of The Sims 3 games? ( that includes stuff packs and expansion packs)
I'm looking into purchasing a new desktop computer. I've looked over the requirements for The Sims 3 base game however, I am not entirely sure what it all means and how to use it in my search for a new computer. I want to get something for a reasonable price that can also do the job well as far as speed and graphics are concerned. I was not sure if the requirements on the back of The Sims 3 base game box cover all of the other games as well. What exactly should I be looking for?
My usual recommondations are as follows
Processor: i5 or i7 with at least 2.5 Ghz (don't get an i3, they have overheating issues) or an AMD equivalent
RAM: 6-12 GB RAM, the game can't handle more than 4 but it's always good to have some spare for the graphics card, the OS and other stuff

Operating System: A 64 bit system is a must
Hard Drive: at least 500 GB
