You have the option to contact them by mail, phone or Live Chat. Make sure you have a game, a category and a platform selected for the options to become available.

For Live Chat, make sure to choose US as your country.

Also make sure to check Origin to see if the download is really not availbale to you.

I can't connect to them... ? This is so bad, that game cost me 39.99 us dollars and that's 6000 in my country, wich is a lot! what do i do? 

What do you mean by 'I can't connect to them' ? If you try live chat, don't know if the work on the weekends.

What I mean is when i click on the link you sent then im directed to the right place but the 'choose a contact method' it's all gray and i can't click on it ? is this normal ? ☹️
