I can't log in on the 2nd page. When you're actually in the game, keep saying wrong password. I'v e changed my password 3 times, is Origin not connected with EA??

Try clearing your IE Browser cache.
There's also a file in documents\electronicarts\thesims3\downloads that has your email address as file name. Delete that.

- Describe your issue with a few words
- Click on Find a Solution
- Select Product: ex: The Sims 3 or Origin
- Select Issue Type: ex: Billing/Purchasing or Account Management
- Select Platform: PC
- Click Find solution
- Scroll down and click I still need help
- Click Chat Now to chat with a Game Advisor
