Where are launcher settings saved? Factory settings not working

So.. to make it short. After a nice window notication i didnt want to show constantly.. I suddently had my ingame content greatly reduced... After searching all folders, trying factory reset, ...

@Nathiel13 What is missing from your game: expansion or stuff packs, store content, or mods or custom content? If you have missing packs, do they show as installed in Origin? If so, try clearing Origin's cache, then check whether they still read as installed.
