Where Can I Find this Book/Read in Bridgeport? ForBackground Extra Acting Career
A few days ago I was playing Sims 3 Late Night... I decided to switch my character from working where she met her fiance/boss to her life goal as an actress. Thus switching jobs and becoming a background extra (just saying as a student of acting myself I know this game has it wrong in real studios if your a background extra to much more then three times is really on the line, then you'll only be seen as that... Just saying, I have professors who were actually in the Hollywood film scene and I know from my own father who was a background extra in several famous films himself, and who also had a best friend from school (or something) who took years (like thirty) to move out of the background of films and become major characters in big pictures)...
Okay, back to topic....
So she (my sims character) was doing good the first few days then a bulletin popped up (whatever you call them) and it read something like this:"Director wants you to read Art of Being Seen But Not Heard" Or something like that as there was more embellishment and reason as to why (and no I don't think I pushed the see location, or if there was one. I find pushing that button only shows me their place of work and not where I [they] need to go). However I looked at her place of work (the studio) and you know the options when you click it in maps, no star or anything (no star I can see in the city telling me where to go, though it doesn't always show as I've seen). I've also tried the library, the bookstore, even the grocery store and her bag (in the menu) all over a coarse of a few days, as well as the many, many, many bookshelves in their house (I'm a bookworm so I like my sims having books lots and lots of them) I thought this was odd, and decided to look later, however I've taken time in the last week to search and I have yet to find anyone with a definitive answer as to discussing this book/read or even knowing what it is. It's almost as weird as the time a random sims character called asking my character out with the same name as a boy I went to school with (and might have liked I can't remember, also not a common name both first and last) when I looked up the guy on a tablet to see what this character looked like, if he was old or not (it's hard for me to see someone old with someone younger romantically, but that's just me)... But I found with shock that character did not exist in any data base for sims, talk about a literal dudududu moment....) Just saying this book instance is reminding me a lot of this.
Anyways, is this a glitch just like that moment or can this book/read be found? And if so where the heck is it?
Please note: During this time I had taken note that I could have accidentally replaced the building that may have contained it as I had since added showtime and it added stuff to the town, and since then I have also added pets limited edition which I added some of the stuff of, as well as seasons so the town (I mean city) may be a little different, with some obvious things gone. But I'm pretty sure I couldn't have deleted the place that I needed this from in the later process and such. Seeing as I was very careful where I placed things and what I took out (on the later end) Early end when I added Showtime, (as till this summer I had never owned a sims game except the app on a tablet (I admit to loosing over a year ago) :/ Don't ask... Not my fondest moment) I ended up just pushing the yes place (although this was also a long time before I chose to change her career as well... I still thought it was worth noting as a program may not know a place is gone, or it could be that it will always say this regardless. I'm just trying to figure out what to do cause I feel her job is stuck on standstill (also days after this, for several days she was not going to work, literally no car showed up and the option to make her go was gone even over the place of work so I figured it must be important. Although she was on a few dates, some already ended and I've seen it not having problems interfering dates in the past).
I really need someone to direct me on this mistake of mine. I mean I just can't seem to find it. And please if any of you know what I'm speaking of don't be afraid to speak up, I would really like to know what to do so I can move my character up in her job.
