Where is the Sims 3 registration code when you download the game from origin?

I downloaded The Sims 3 but when I was installing, it said I need the registration code. I checked my confirmation email but I cannot find the code. Where can I find the registration code? Please tell me as soon as possible! I'm crying :'( My worst birthday ever. ☹️

    to find the game code log into your origin account right click the game icon-show game details your code should be there  make a note of your code have pen and paper handy
