why are some of my purchases not checked for the complete your set

Some sets don't qualify for the feature (especially the newer ones).

Which ones is it you have troubles with ?

I've got the same thing and it is for ones that should show up such as ambitions

Ambitions is an expansion pack and not a store set.

Your issue is probably different. Could you make your own thread, posting as much info as possible.

my problem is the sims3 store , there are sets and single items i have purchased that are not showing up check marked that i know i have on my game.

i was going to buy  the Man Cave Compilation on sale but its not showing i own all the items in Championship Dreams an yes im posative i have all the items in Championship Dreams. it says i owned only 2 out of 9 items in that set.

its the same with club vaindenburger study & den it showes the blue download button but none of the items are checked .

i dont understand whats wrong .

i talked to the live chat person they couldnt help what do i do now?

How could the game advisors not help ? Did they say you don't own the stuff ? 

Does the stuff show up in your purchase history at all ? 

yes the items show in purchased list. the live chat person said they would forward it on but nothing has happend yet .

I'll forward this to the community managers. Maybe they can help.

The Game Advisor said that this seems to be a glitch in the website and that they would report this issue / forward it to the studio. And they did. It can take a while until the Sims 3 team has found the source of this glitch.
