why can't I download my sims3 pc game?
My game isn't where it should be so I can't download my sims3 pc game. Could someone please let me know how I can download my sims3 game. thank you

If it doesn't show up in myGames on the Origin client, make sure it's not hidden and if that is not the case, talk to a customer support game advisor

- Select Product: The Sims 3
- Select Category: Billing/Purchasing or Account Management
- Select Platform: PC
- Click Find solution
- Scroll down and click I still need help
