the fact that they are linked is not helpful. It asks for a persona, and then when you hit sign up, you get the same screen. I am having the same frustration.

@embyrnes if the page keeps looping try clear the internet cache and switching browsers if using chrome or safarit try firefox or IE then log in with your email and password ( origin and the sims 3 use the same email and passsword this ties the accounts together )
