Why did I pay for the same content twice?

I just purchased some Sims 3 DLC, specifically the worlds bundle and Monte Vista, only to find out that Monte Vista is included in the Worlds Bundle.
There is no way for me to know this without doing a quite extensive internet search as none of your sites mention the worlds included in the Worlds Bundle, least of all the sales page for it on your Windows app. In fact, I had to hunt down a reddit post to find this information out.
To me this seems like at best, unsavory and at worst, illegal practice.
It would be a simple thing for you to add a couple of lines of text to the information on the sales page for the World Bundle pack to mention that it includes Hidden Valley and Monte Vista, particularly since you have both of those world for sale on the same site for the same price, separately. I'm sure I'm not the only person who's been taken in like this.
I would like to return the Monte Vista pack, which is not yet installed, and formally request a refund of the $9.99 AUD that I paid for it.

It's the first result that showed up when I googled "Sims 3 worlds bundle."
Having said that, if you want a refund for Monte Vista, contact EA customer support, use the live chat option (choose a different category if you don't initially see the option), and explain that you already own MV through the bundle.
