Why is my Sims 3 Launcher Welcome screen not working?

Hi! I have a bit of a problem. When the launcher for my game appears the welcome screen where I log in is just a blue screen. So I cannot log into game. I have pressed play and got to the library pag...

@Bilal5371  First thing I notice is the version of your game. Is your game in Origin? Your version still has SecuROm as DRM. First you need to have your game in Origin. Then download the sims 3 version 1.67 super patch and run it - link - Sims 3 version 1.67 super patch  When the game is at version 1.69 Origin will patch the game to version 1.69.
