Hello i want to buy sims 3 from this website
will it work without internet or it will require internet like steam i dont have internet access only in cyber cafe and i only want to play single
This is only a key to be redeemed at Origin.
I do think you can play the download version offline too but you need to download the whole game.
That's just the expansion pack so make sure you get the base game.
The new base game version does have a Internet requirement but only to activate the game. You do need to make an Origin account and need to be online for installation but once your game is verified you can play in offline mode. You do need to login into Origin every time you want to play but Origin has an offline mode (as does Steam btw).
Some people do seem to have issues playing in offline mode but I don't know why they do.

you don't need to buy the starter pack just the sims 3 base game but if it's cheaper to buy the starter pack than the base game on it's own then i'd buy the starter pack
