That graphic card seems to be a chip only. I can't tell you much about it but you may want to look into something with a real graphic card with at least 1 GB of dedicated memory.
What does that machine cost ? Price is usually a good indication. Lower priced laptops < 500-600$ usually are not good enough for the game but that's just a rule of thumb and not necessarily always true.
I can't say much about the processor since I'm not familiar with AMD processors. Amount of RAM should be fine. Make sure to get a 64 bit Operating System.
