Windows 10 0x80070422 error

I used to play a ton of this game a few months ago, though my laptop was re-imaged and I've finally gotten around to re-installing. However, after I installed the game, every time I click play I get a Windows Features pop-up saying "Windows couldn't complete the requested changes" and "The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it." with error code 0x80070422. I'm running Windows 10 and launching through Steam.

I've already tried uninstalling and re-installing the game multiple times. Can anyone help?
