I'm having the same issue... I did what you guys said, and the only thing showing up in my purchase history is the fairegrounds, not the world. If the disc only gives you access to the fairegrounds, and not the world, then it's a pretty big rip-off, and I'll be wanting my $19.99 plus tax back.
You should have two codes in there. Look for the second one.

And I tried the 2 codes that came within the package
all I've gotten in my history of purchase were 2 download options for celtic itens (don't remenber the name of the package)

it may be possiable you got two codes for celtic lands when you should have been given a code for dragon valley and one for celtic lands
