12 years agoI am having a similar issue. I install the disc but it never prompts me to put in the code it just says it had been successfully installed. However, there is no icon on my desktop for it and selecting auto play just goes through the installation again. I also tried redeeming the code online and the code for my original sims 3 game but it won't accept them.
I agree that EA should go back to the way things were. I don't even use online play when I'm playing my games.
