World Bundle Won't Download

Question

Yesterday I bought the World Bundle with Hidden Springs and &nbsp;Monte Vista online. I got a confirmation email telling me to redeem the codes online, click download, and follow the on-screen instructions. But when I click download, I get a pop up that says that Chrome needs to open an external link (or something like that) and I authorize it. But nothing happens. I've been trying for a while and I'm getting kind of frustrated. Please help me!

Try firefox or internet explorer. Chrome has it's issue witht the launcher.---------------------------------Please accept a solution if your issue is solved. XP is also appreciated

I've tried internet explorer too and it still won't download. I get one or two pop ups about me authorizing &nbsp;the download, I authorize it, and nothing happens.

Make sure nothing is blocking the connection (firewall, anti virus, another program)

Does the launcher itself open at all ?
