Question

I have a 13ʻ Macbook Pro. &nbsp;Late 2011 &nbsp;Processor&nbsp; 2.4 GHz Intel Core i5Memory&nbsp; 4 GB 1333 MHz DDR3Graphics&nbsp; Intel HD Graphics 3000 384 MBSoftware&nbsp; Mac OS X Lion 10.7.5 (11G63)I got it in Feb of this year. &nbsp;When I first had it I was able to install my Sims 3 and Sims 3 pets Expansion Pack and play (with weird glitches, but I was ok with that). &nbsp;After an update I get this message every time I want to reinstall (it somehow was uninstalled after the update) that says..."You can't open the application The Sims™ 3 Installer because PowerPC applications are no longer supported."Iʻve searched endlessly to see if it is, in fact, possible for me to play my game on my Macbook, but so far havenʻt come across anything solid. &nbsp;Please please please help! 😕mileyhappy:&nbsp;I want to play my game... &nbsp;😕mileysad:P.S. I have a physical disk copy of The Sims 3 and an Amazon.com Mac download of the Sims 3 Pets Expansion.

Just purchased newest expansion and it won't install on my OSX 10.8.2. &nbsp;I get this message, "You can't open the app because PowerPC applications are no longer supported". &nbsp;I have other expansions, all up to date, and have never had a problem. &nbsp;It says that it should run on an up to date Mac system, which mine is, so what gives? &nbsp;Can I get this to work or not?
