[ARCHIVED] Exchange Vows Grayed Out on wedding arch

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play it I guess? Make the Sims go to their wedding. When you click on any wedding arch and at any venue, the option to Exchange Vows or Get Married to... will be greyed out. It will claim the engaged person is not on the lot when they are literally standing right next to their fiancé(e). And my bride wouldn't wear the outfit she already had. They spawned some random outfit for her. Also, dine out doesn't work.

What do you expect to see? I expect my game to work like it had before the latest update. My sims could do all of the gameplay features when I clicked on them. I expect the promised game play. I expect when I click on a wedding arch, the options to "exchange vows" or "get married to" are available. I'm scared to play my game because I don't know what else is broken,
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The last patch that claimed it would fix My Wedding Stories. My game was working fine until then. Now it doesn't work at all. (the pack, the game is very buggy right now, but a lot still works, just not that particular pack or dine out. As far as I've noticed).

These are very common problems. If you check the Forums on EA, you'll see there are pages upon pages of people requesting help for their newly broken game. Please help us! We love the Sims and want to play!
