[ARCHIVED] Exchange Vows Grayed Out on wedding arch

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.110.294.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have all the packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The bug involves my wedding stories.
What happens when the bug occurs? The sims can't marry because the wedding arc states that the engaged partner is not around.
What do you expect to see? When you click on the arc to start the wedding, the exchange vow is grayed out and states that you cannot start the wedding because the engages partner is not around.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. last patch updated, because my sims were able to get married before the last patch update. Please help, this is a really big bug because this is a big feature and now, I can't have weddings in the sims.
