I did a better comparison image so you can see what is wrong.

As you can see the 
b__R_LoLid__
b__R_UpLid__
b__L_UpLid__
b__L_LoLid__

Doesn't translate correctly in the game. The eyelids should be lower. looks like the eyelids are locked or something.
