could you please provide the following info:
- Are you using any mods/cc in your game and if so, did you test without them ?

I always play with clean vanilla save after updates. So, no CC or mods here

Just tested the EA eyelashes (without mods/cc) with several sims and do not have that problem. Not with EA's nor with my CC eyelashes created by Kijiko. Am I just lucky or could it be pack related?

I believe they're referring to when your sim is making emotional animations. Yeah, the eyelashes don't conform with the expressions depending on the eyeshape. Easy way to test it is to go into CAS clicking the trait menu, and zoom in close(not detail mode). Then click on the different traits for example purposes romantic. You'll notice the eyelashes don't conform to the eyelids during animations. It's like they stay stuck in place when the eyelids move during animations. So they appear to almost drift, and snap back into place after animation. It's more noticeable with the lower default eyelashes, but the top eyelashes do it also...

I find it less noticeable with some cc eyelashes to be honest. Though it still does it just not as noticeable (not all though). So the default maxis eyelashes just don't seem to conform to the facial animations at all... Think it depends on the eyeshape too though. Some modders may have just made them conform better to animations than maxis... Or when they fixed something eye related this patch it broke the default, and some other eyelashes idk.

I tested again with multiple sims and facial expression and couldn't find any major issues with eyelashes. I do know that eyelashes never did completely morph with EVERY facial and eye movement of a sim, but that has always been the case before the the latest patch. Same goes for cc eyelashes. - Anyway, I have not been able to replicate what is shown in the OP's picture, at least not yet.
