Yeah, not cool. When there are all these critical bugs that need attention, then I think their priority should be the bug fixing not DLCs. That romantic bug where the romance declines fast is an extremely critical bug, just like these eye bug issues. I can't play the game and continue on with my sim story until that's fixed as well. The bugs keep piling and piling, and they are just not doing nearly enough to address them. The recent very short laundry list that was presented to us just proves that they don't have enough people on the bug fixing team to handle all these bugs. With Inzoi just around the corner and Paralives coming sometime in the future, this is just not looking too great for TS4. They need to address these bugs and get back on the right track, even if that means hiring more people on the bug fixing team which is much needed.
Well, although the recent laundry list was a let down, at least we have a The Sims boardgame coming soon to celebrate The Sims 25th anniversary. I saw the news via The Sims Community Facebook page. To be honest though, I would have preferred these eye bug issues and other bugs getting fixed for The Sims 25th anniversary so I could continue on with my Sims story. That would have made me very happy.
Please for the 25th anniversary we would like the following bugs to be fixed:
1. Eye shape bug
2. Lighter eyelashes with preset eyes bug
3. Eyes not closing all the way (All animations) bug
4. Eyelids going into eyes bug (clipping issue)
Khlas gave ALL the informations to solve the problem on the first page of this thread.
We're still waiting to hear from the community managers.

Eyelids still not fixed with the latest patch (from today).
This is an example using CAS, where the eyes aren't closing completely due to the eyelids animations not translating correctly in the game. Before the eyelashes patch, they were closing just fine.

Well, despite these eye bug issues still not being fixes, I like what I see in this update. The new menu looks nice, and I am happy that they gave us an option to opt out of those limited timed events so that we don't have to be bothered by them. That's a step forward. However, these eye bug issues really need to be fixed. @EA_Cade a while ago you mentioned that the eyeshape bug and other eye issues were on the radar. Can you please at least confirm are they still being investigated or are they working on a fix? Any kind of info would be great.
