Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know this is my first time see it, I had my male sims travel to the beach and this group spawn in after him.
What happens when the bug occurs? Because there is really no icon for the group this created a fake icon for them along with a fake group.
What do you expect to see? This fixed.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

It just happened 12 minutes ago. 

Hopefully they will fix this, there no icon for this kind of group. 

Placeholder icon is still appearing.

2 years later since you said the team were aware of this issue. Any updates?

I also have this problem, did you ever find a solution

New updates were released, this bug is still not fixed.

@canelacaliente This thread should also have the DU tag as this icon is also broken on the University Housing where you can set the lot to be affiliated with a club
