[ARCHIVED] Sims wear default underwear when naked

After today's update my sims wear underwear (same as in CAS) when naked.

I didn't change any of their clothes, so must be caused by the update. (PC: 1.110.265.1030)

Spa Day, Snowy Escape, Seasons, Romantic Garden, Paranormal, Outdoor Retreat, Nifty Knitting, My first Pet, Moschino, Luxury Party, Laundry Day, Jungle Adventure, Island Living, Home Chef Hustle, Growing together, Greenhouse Haven, Get together, Get to work, Get famous, Fashion Street, Eco Livestyle, Dine Out, Cottage Living, Cool Kitchen, City Living, Cats & Dogs, Bowling Night, Blooming Rooms, Backyard, Crystal Creations (would be more if the game wasn't that broken that i stopped buying any packs)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I just played a household in San Myshuno which was ok before the update and after the update they were wearing underwear when taking a bath, a shower or just take off clothes. posted a picture in another post in this thread.
What happens when the bug occurs? The sim took off clothes before entering a bath tub and had underwear on. it was not CC - it was the default underwear shown in CAS.
What do you expect to see? Sims not wearing underwear in the bath tub and shower and when taking off clothes.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes, but I always check CC clothes with Sims4Studio (category "bathing outfit" disabled) before using them and before the update everything was fine and i didn't change anything.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes, the latest update (1.110.265.1030 DX11)

    @crinrict 

    Resetting the bathing outfit worked for the session. But after saving and restarting the game the issue returned.

    I checked all outfits of the male sim. He is only wearing original clothing items - no CC.

    @Mr_T_2024 Is it just the one Sim ?

    If you remove a broken CC, the game will just replace it with a game one. It doesn't' know any better.

    Maybe the mod isn't working as it should currenty.

    I know. But I have not assigned CC clothing to this Sim at all. And after resetting the bathing outfit through the script-mod, both sims had the correct bathing outfit. but after restarting the game they got this underwear like in the screenshot back. so the mod resetted the bathing outfit but the game didn't save it.

    I'm having the same issue as mentioned above. Weird thing is in one of my past saves one of my sims seems to be fine, but all others have this issue. Additionally when using that mod to try to fix things, on an alien sim the bug will reappear when disguising and removing disguises.
