[ARCHIVED] Spine distortion on male Sims with female frame

I've had this issue since the initial July 23rd patch but I've noticed now with some clothing it's even worse. Previously it'd distort just down to the lower back, but now it's given my sim a crotch fin and severely distorts some pants & bottoms.

PS4, no mods, up to date w the Aug 8th patch. Only change I made after that was buying the Cottage Living EP.
