I have also now noticed this extends to werewolf forms, the torso has really weird indentations. Second is standing next to a male frame male sim vs female frame male sim.
PS4 w no mods, updated to Aug 8th latch.
Per my bug report on Werewolves, werewolf body parts are already improperly Restrict Opposite Gender flagged, and worse, there's an actual problem with the top body meshes, and worse worse, there's an actual problem with the female textures.
The distortion you see on the chests is due to the issues with the meshes. I am not proficient enough in blender to fix it so I can't explain in detail what's wrong. The distortion on feet with transframe werewolves is due to improper ROGender flags. As I said in my bug report, the half-way solution is to properly Restrict Opposite Frame the hands, feet, fingernails, toenails, and bottom body but leave the top body untouched because swapping the flag to ROFrame on tops just swaps the issue from transmasc werewolves to transfem werewolves or vice versa. IIRC, the only werewolf body part that has correct Restrict Opposite Frame flags is the heads. No idea if this is how Werewolves shipped, but this is the mess they're in currently.
Neck and back distortions are due to the 18 Deformer Maps that were broken by Update 7/23/2024. Necks and backs are only the most visible distortions. The broken Deformer Maps cover the whole body.
It affects EVERYONE, including Humans, Werewolves, Vampires, Aliens, Merfolk and Plantsims of all frame combinations. It's just that those of us with transframe sims experience it more than those of us with cisframe sims.
