They seem to also change back to random swatches after I go into CAS and change them back to what they’re supposed to be.
@pagecam8 Are they regular Sims or occults? And have you tested with no CC at all? Drag the Mods folder to the desktop, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.

They’re all spell casters and I don’t seem to have a file under that name, if it makes any difference I am on a MacBook.

So I've tested all 3 mods mentioned here.
All were tested on a save made before the update.
These mods can only fix newly created sims (or downloaded from the gallery).
All sims that are in your game stays broken and need manual fixing.
Which I won't be doing as it's literally HOURS of work.
This means not playing the game further. Because of the DLC I didn't even want.
What a mess.

So there is new update today - 1.111.102.1030
IT DIDN'T FIX ANYTHING.
Atrocious.

I was able to find that file and did as you said but when I changed the eyes back in cas and went back into the game they just randomized again for the whole family.

@pagecam8 The file is in Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, not in Mods. And it sounds like you have a current bug.See https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/OPEN-V-ROM-Occult-eyes-features-disappear-when-entering-live/m-p/14192567#M300955
