After playing this more, I seem to have found a pattern, at least for my issue. This bug still persists on new vampires. I have noticed that if a vampire gets a job, they are affected with the bug (not even having to enter them into cas to modify their career outfits to trigger this bug, just getting a job). I had a vampire who had no job and her vampiric features seemed to stick for a while, but then she too eventually got the bug and now has human eyes. It seems that vampires with careers show the bug almost immediately while those that don't have a job keep their features for a while but eventually lose them. I really hope this gets fixed soon as I love playing with my vampires and them not having these features really takes out the immersion of these being supernatural beings.
In my case, this bug affected to all my vampires. It doesnt matter if they have a job, career or if they're jobless. Except when i create new vampires by using human sims and turning them. They can still having the features for just a time. After a while they lose their vampiric facial expresions
