How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.96.3.2310
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansion, game and stuff packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to play the game, then try to save it
What happens when the bug occurs? I get "error code zero" when I try to save. Also, I have to reset my Xbox almost every single time I want to play, just to get the Sims to run. Every other time, when I look at my game under "Manage the Sims 4", it will say 64.5gb, but then it will say 65.5gb. So which one is it? And *some* of the worlds will appear grayed out when it's 64.5
What do you expect to see? I expect the game to start when I try to start it, and I expect the full game to be there and for me to be able to save without getting error code zero which destroys my game and everything in it.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.

Please describe the patch or change you made. Resetting Xbox almost every time I play: happening before the patch (for about a month) "Error code zero" - started after the July 23rd update
This is really driving me batty. I don't know if it's an Xbox thing or an EA thing, but almost every time I want to play the game (basically every day), I now have to reset my Xbox to get it to load. I have tried restarting, clearing cache, resetting MAC address, nothing works but resetting it. Very. very frustrating.
