Cancelled Action not leaving Queue

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.28 (latest on PS4)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Outdoor Seasons Pets stuff Cats and Dogs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a sim do any action that takes some time - mostly seems to happen with EATING and WRITING
What happens when the bug occurs? When I set my sim to write their book - and then cancel the action to do something else,. the X out icon of the writing won't go away - even if the action stopped.
What do you expect to see? The cancelled action "bubble" to disappear in the queue once the next action is being started.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
I noticed this happening last week.
Nothing new was entered.
It does occur for other actions that take time, but I mostly noticed it staying after starting or resuming writing a book genre or eating food.
This can happen from time to time with many actions, though some are notorious (drinking from other Sims as a vampire for example).
It should have no negative impact. Travelling to another lot deletes the symbol.
