For the eyes: This picture shows what you should see: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/FIXED-ROM-Spellcaster-eyes-not-working-properly/m-p/8532858#M114973 .. if there are non, have you tried repairing the game yet ? I can't seem them on children but not sure if that's a bug or not. They did remove some of the eyes that weren't working so maybe that's the issue ? For me, the occult eyes for vamps for example show up on spellcasters teen and up.
Maybe you could post a picture of what you're seeing ?
