[ECO] Recycler or recycle from inventory interaction is giving money

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? Czech
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.102.190.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All exept Batuu, ¨Warewolfes nad some kits.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use recycler or recycle from inventory interation.
What happens when the bug occurs? For objects that I want to recycle, I will get back the sale value(similions) of the object in addition to the Bits and Pieces. For example bed.
What do you expect to see? I suppose the recycling money is a bug - it wasn't before and it can be used as an exploit.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

It's a pretty annoying bug that ruins the enjoyment of playing some challenges and provides unlimited environmental currency (Bits and Pieces).

    Yeah this issue is a thing (coming from lilsimsies newest fabrication video) and tested on a vanilla save!

    The recycler IS supposed to give you back some of the item`s money, it`s not a bug. I remember this being a thing since the expansion`s release.

    I believe the issue is the amount of money that it gives you which can some times be the whole item`s value.

    Definitely an issue. Never happened when eco lifestyle was released, but started a while back for me (can't remember exactly when). It also only happens on a home lot. No money if recycling on a community lot.
