    Action progress bars no longer are interrupted when a new action is added to a Sim's queue.

    Fixed in Patch 1.68.154/ 1.33

@rebeccah101 I have the same issue since the update that happened just before nifty knitting. Not every sim seem to have this bug. i.e. I have a family of four, the mother stops doing her tasks ALWAYS which makes it hard for her to earn money doing programming.
The husband, child and toddler are not affected at all.
I don't use mods but it happens with or without CC. I really wish for a fix, because it makes the game unplayable in that family. I can't always pay attention on just one sim to see if they do their task.
My active NAPs are the clean energy production, green gardening, promote creative arts and tech support. It doesn't fix myproblem if I turn the NAPs off via cheat.
