Action progress bars no longer are interrupted when a new action is added to a Sim's queue.

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything but Spooky and Cool Kitchen Stuff packs.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load the game and start playing
What happens when the bug occurs? I have autonomy set to OFF as well as the box for "Disable autonomy for selected sim" checked. But my sim autonomously starts doing things. She will start cooking a cake and then stop and go watch tv or browse the web. Then she starts another cake and the process repeats. Soon, every counter in my kitchen has the ingredients for cake covering them. I've removed my mods and the issue still occurs, so I know it's not my mods.
What do you expect to see? Autonomy is disable, my sim shouldn't do anything unless I tell her to.
